Winemaker Notes

This cider is a pale, brilliant gold in color and boasts amazingly pure, ripe fruit on a backbone of lovely brioche notes. Hints of baking spices dance at the tip of the nose as this cider opens up. Rich yet refreshing, the fine CO2 mousse adds excitement to the viscous mouthfeel. This cider balances vibrant acidity with fine tannins, then lingers on the tongue with the salinity of our maritime climate.
