Questions about SUBSCRIPTIONS?
It’s completely free to sign up. You’ll only be charged for the wines you choose to subscribe to with 10% off every recurring order.
You’ll be billed each time your subscription renews, either every 3 or 6 months, depending on the frequency you select at checkout. We’ll send an email reminder before your next order processes.

Yes! You can log in to your Wölffer account anytime to update your wines, change the number of bottles, adjust your delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription.
We will notify you if a wine is no longer in stock. You'll have an option to either replace with another wine available or we can share a recommendation at a similar price point.
Yes. By law, someone 21 or older must sign for all wine deliveries. If you’re not home during delivery hours, we recommend shipping to a UPS Access Point.
UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning your package. If your order is returned, it can be reshipped for an additional shipping fee. Please contact info@wolffer.com to coordinate reshipping.
You can cancel anytime by logging in to your Wölffer account and managing your subscription settings. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
