Partnering with a renowned winery in France’s infamous Côtes de Provence has allowed us to create a rosé that is classically Provencal, fragrant, and lively, with a distinctive saltiness and softness. The blend features the rosé masters: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Vermentino. Perfectly pale, this wine’s amazing aromas of tangerine, citrus, peach, and floral notes lead to its lively, vibrant fruit and elegant finish with classic salinity. This rosé is pure and refreshing with great esprit and a wonderful structure and texture, making it amazingly versatile to be paired with food. Summer in a Bottle Rosé • Long Island, NY
Summer in a Bottle Long Island Rosé was first introduced in 2013 to capture the essence of summertime in the Hamptons. Launched in homage to this iconic season, it features a blend of Long Island’s top grape varieties, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Cab Franc, Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc. Each variety is harvested at its peak, contributing to the wine's complexity, and through meticulous blending we achieve a balanced rosé bursting with fruit flavors, complemented by fresh acidity. The 2023 vintage is our 10th anniversary edition, offering a visual and taste portrait of the Hamptons high summer.
