Join us at Wölffer Estate for a special evening with Midnight Pasta, an immersive, hands-on dinner party experience that brings guests together over fresh pasta, great wine, and shared connection. Hosted by Wölffer’s own Roman Roth and Midnight Pasta's Founder Natalia Hagan, the night unfolds with a pasta-making demonstration followed by a four-course, family-style meal paired with Wölffer wines throughout. Rooted in Italian tradition and designed to feel celebratory and communal, join us for a beautifully curated dinner!

The evening will begin with a light welcome snack and a short pasta-making demonstration by Natalia. From there, guests will move into a four-course, family-style dinner featuring:

Homemade focaccia
A seasonal salad
A seasonal vegetable dish
A handmade pasta course
A house-made dessert
Wölffer Wine pairings will be woven throughout the evening
