Wölffer will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to info@wolffer.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product. All merchandise and other non-alcoholic items are non-refundable unless damaged.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

Why can’t you ship to the above states?
Unfortunately, some states have laws prohibiting the shipment of alcohol. Some states also have limitation on quantity to ship, please check your states regulations.
How long will it take to get my order?
Online orders will be processed in 1-3 business days and cannot be held for a later ship date or held for pick up. We ship standard UPS except for AK (2-day air required). To update, change or track your shipment, please sign up for UPS My Choice.
How do you verify I'm 21+ years of age?
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Wölffer Estate Vineyard. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Wölffer Estate Vineyard are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

VISITING
What’s the difference between the wine stand and the tasting room?
The Tasting Room is located at 139 Sagg Road while the Wine Stand is located at 3312 Montauk Highway. Both offer seating outdoors near the vines while the Tasting Room also offers indoor seating. They serve similar menus offering all our wines by the glass and bottle, ciders, and small plates like cheese and charcuterie.
Do you allow dogs?
Animals are not permitted at Wolffer Estate Vineyard, Inc. We can only accommodate service animals recognized by the ADA, including psychiatric service dogs. For details, see ada.gov/resources
Do you allow children?
Yes! Children are permitted and are considered part of your full party number
Is there a place to park a limo?
We cannot accommodate buses and limos, so we recommend that they drop off your party and return later to pick you up.
Are there any hotels near you that you recommend?
Yes! Many of our guests enjoy staying at Topping Rose, Baker House, Canoe Place, 1770 House, Hunting Inn and Maidstone Hotel.
Is your wine vegan?
Yes, the majority of our wines are vegan with few exceptions. Please contact customer service for more detail per vintage.
DISCOUNTS & GIVEAWAYS
Do you offer any discount codes?
We offer free shipping online for all domestic UPS ground orders over $150. The discount will be applied automatically when you go to checkout. We also offer case discounts on wines of 10% off 1 case, 15% off 2 cases and 20% off 3-9 cases. Wine Club members also receive 15% off on all wine purchases.
What are the rules for special offers?
Case discounts do not apply to ciders or spirits.
Promo codes cannot be combined.
Discounts cannot be held for a later ship date or held for pick up.
Offers can't be applied to previous orders.
All giveaway and discounts are while supplies last.

We are proud to support a variety of non-profit organizations, charitable foundations, community events and scholarships. Because of the number of deserving requests we receive each year, our company is focused on supporting organizations that provide a direct impact on the wellbeing of our neighboring towns and cities. In order to help as many organizations as possible, we appreciate your help limiting requests to one (1) per year. To best manage our contributions in an equitable and efficient manner, all requests must be submitted via email to info@wolffer.com following the practices below.

Please note, Wölffer does not have the capacity to offer all donation pickups from our Sagaponack Vineyard location. Our Distribution Center located in Calverton, NY handles the majority of donations, and you may be requested to pick up here. NOTE: while we can ship wine donations, we require a minimum of two weeks and shipping rates may apply.
