Wölffer Estate Vineyard’s Joey and Mark Wölffer are opening their second Hamptons restaurant at 4 Amagansett Square on May 21! Wölffer Kitchen Amagansett will focus on fresh “Rosé-inspired cuisine” and the wine list will of course feature wines and ciders from Wölffer as well as other Long Island wineries.
