The wines included in each shipment are selected by Winemaker Roman Roth and quantities will vary. Shipments often feature limited editions and substitutions are not permitted. Memberships also include special discount codes, exclusive shipping promotions and early access and/or discounted tickets to our best events. When you join our wine club, you agree to a one-year minimum commitment.
When signing up please specify in the “Club Notes” section if you would like to be a pick-up or shipping member, otherwise your wine club shipment will automatically be sent to your shipping address.

Tasting Room Reservations - We have a limited number of Tasting Room reservations that are held for Wine Club members only. If you do not see any reservations available on TOCK, please email wineclub@wolffer.com to reserve. To ensure a more seamless experience, we're asking you book using the primary membership name and email.
Exclusive Wines - We often have exclusive wine releases that were only created in small batches, and thus are held especially for Wine Club members only.

How much is it to sign up?
Joining the wine club is free! Membership entails quarterly wine club orders, selected by the winemaker and winemaking team.
When am I billed for my quarterly wine club shipments?
Quarterly memberships are billed in March, June, September, and December. The month prior to a shipment, an email will be sent with the quarterly selections as well as the charge date and shipping/pick up dates.
Can I customize my wine club order or make substitutions?
Shipments are pre-selected by our winemaker, Roman Roth, and built specifically for each season. Substitutions are not offered at this time.
I was charged, when will I get my shipment?
Your Shipment will be sent via UPS ground within 2 business days of being charged. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as it’s available.
Am I able to pick up my shipment?
Yes, you can! When you join, you have the option of either picking up your shipments or having them sent to you via UPS Ground. Please note that if you select to have your shipments shipped and you want to pick up a shipment, this must be pre-arranged prior to the cut off date.
I forgot to pick up my shipment, what do I do?
Your shipment will be available for pick up for 30 days. After 30 days, your shipment will be unpacked and returned to stock. The wine will still be available for you to pick up, however, we cannot guarantee we will still have the same vintage or varietal after an extended period. In the event the wine is no longer available, we will replace it with something comparable. If you are not able to pick up your wine during the determined wine club pick-up date, please contact wineclub@wolffer.com and we can ship your wine club shipment, however standard ground shipping will apply.
Do I need to be home to receive my wine?
Yes, legally someone 21 or over must sign for your shipment. If someone is not able to be home during delivery hours, we suggest shipping to a business address to receive your shipments or a convenient UPS store for pick up. Or you have the option to be a “pick up” member. We highly recommend signing up for UPS My Choice if you need to redirect, delay the delivery date, or have the package held at UPS will call center. Additional fees apply.
I missed my shipment delivery, now what?
UPS will make 3 delivery attempts, then your shipment will be returned to our distribution center. Your shipment can be re-shipped upon request, please be aware a reship fee will apply. Contact wineclub@wolffer.com to coordinate reshipping.
What is the cancellation policy?
Wine club memberships are for a minimum of one year, or four quarterly shipments and automatically renew unless specified. Cancellations must be received in writing to wineclub@wolffer.com 30 days prior to the quarterly billing cycle. Gift memberships are for one year and automatically end. Members can skip one shipment per year provided that the request is received 30 days prior to the quarterly billing cycle. Wine club members must receive four quarters of wine before cancelling their membership for no additional charge. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged if a wine club membership is cancelled before receiving four quarters.
How can I make changes to my membership?
Please make changes to your account by logging into your account online here or email wineclub@wolffer.com. All changes must be made prior to shipping your wine club shipment.
